Stone Mountain amenities include community water system, common areas, underground utilities and paved roads with ribbon curb.
The Stone Mountain POA is an association composed of the property owners and is governed by the Texas property code, its covenants and bylaws. Its primary purpose is to maintain the natural beauty and quality of life of our subdivision. It allows its members a voice in POA decisions affecting property restrictions, dues assessments and maintenance, upkeep and beautification projects funded by the POA dues.
Please help us maintain our roads by sweeping gravel that can damage the pavement causing costly repairs.
