Annual dues payment for 2024 is $750 per lot which was established by the POA Board. POA fees are due by January 31st. Property transfer fee is $250 (effective 1 July 2020). New building permit fee is $500 (effective 1 July 2020). Remodel building permit fee is $50. Lien processing fee is $500.
